Accenture PLC, is an Irish-domiciled multinational professional services company that provides services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.A Fortune Global 500 company, it has been incorporated in Dublin, Ireland, since 1 September 2009.
On 1 January 2001, Andersen Consulting adopted its current name, "Accenture".
The word "Accenture" is derived from "Accent on the future".
In 2019, the company reported net revenues of $43.2 billion, with more than 492,000 employees serving clients in more than 200 cities in 120 countries. In 2015, the company had about 150,000 employees in India.

Eligibility:-
- Students from all the branches of B.E/B/Tech are eligible.
- Minimum 65% or 6.5 CGPA on a scale of 10 is mandatory for students to participate in recruitment process.
- Students must not have any active backlog(s) at the time of application to Accenture or during on boarding.
- Students are allowed a maximum of one-year gap in education.
Recruitment Process:-
There are two profiles for hiring of candidates:-
- Associate Software Engineer (4.5 LPA CTC)
- Full Stack Engineer (6.5 LPA CTC)
Recruitment process of Accenture campus placement consists of following rounds:
1. Communication assessment
2. Zonal level online test
3. Group Interview
1. Communication assessment
On successful registration, candidate will receive link via mail to attempt communication assessment. This assessment evaluates sentence mastery, sentence formation, vocabulary, fluency and pronunciation. It will take 30-40 minutes to complete the assessment and it involves activities related to speaking, listening, reading and repeating sentences.
2. Online test
It consists of two assessment:-
Cognitive and technical assessment:- It consists of basic aptitude and logical reasoning questions which are of moderate difficulty level and coves basic topics. It also consists of technical questions including pseudo code questions.

Coding assessment :- It is mandatory for full stack engineer profile. It consists of two coding questions to be done in 30 minutes and can be coded in any preferred programming languages available from C, C++, Java, Python, PHP.
3. Group Interview
It includes HR questions like:
- Tell me about yourself?
- Questions from resume.
- Why should we hire you?
- What are your strengths and weakness?
- Basic questions and opinions about currently trending topics.
Frequently Asked Interview Questions:
Technical Questions:
It generally includes questions from projects mentioned in resume and technologies of interest and evaluates basic knowledge of C and C++ language.
Some examples of frequently asked technical questions are:-
- What are the features of the C language?
- Difference between C and C++?
- What are technologies used in your project?
- Explain various OOPS concepts ?
- Differentiate between local, global and instance variable?
- How swapping of two variables can be done in single line of code?
