List of Competitive Exams After Graduation
INTRO: Staff Selection Commission - Combined Graduate Level Examination, often referred to as SSC CGL is an examination conducted to recruit staff to various posts in ministries, departments and organisations of the Government of India. It is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for selecting staff for various Group B and Group C posts. The Staff Selection Commission was established in 1975.
Eligibility Criteria:
The basic requirement is the undergraduate level bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution. Other academic qualifications corresponding to the different posts are given below.
Basic Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University or Institute with at least 60% in Mathematics at Higher Secondary (12th or equivalent) level OR Any Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University or Institute with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
Additional Qualification: Cost & Management Accountant / Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary /Masters in Commerce/Business Studies/Business Administration (Finance)/ Business Economics. Check out SSC CGL AAO job profile.

Assistant Section Officer (CSS)
Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute
Additional Qualification: In addition to the basic Undergraduate Degree, candidates must also qualify in theComputer Proficiency Test.
Age Limit-18 to 32 years (General Category) & Age relaxation for reserved category as per Govt. regulation.

The exam was typically scored with maximum 50 Marks per section for a total of 200 Marks. The latest versions of this exam such as with 2018 have been conducted online

The exam was typically scored with maximum 200 Marks per section. Most positions required the candidate to take only the first two sections (Paper-I: Quantitative Aptitude, Paper-II: English Language and Comprehension), but certain positions require the third or fourth section.The latest versions of this exam such as the 2018 edition have been conducted online.
A pen-and-paper "offline" exam in which candidates are to do writing in the form of essay writing and letter writing, and sometime application writing. The exam can be done in English or Hindi.
