Selection Process for BDE role
- Resume shortlisting
- Group disscusion
- Personal interview
1) Resume shortlisting: Here resumes of candidates are shortlisted on the basis of eligiblity criteria . the one who fits over all the criteria is shortlisted for the further process that is for the group disscusion and the personal interview (if selected in GD).
2)Group discusion: Here students are grouped into a group pf 15-20 students . then the topic is alloted to them , and are given 15 mins to start the GD and sum-up with all the facts and figures. after the GD students are told to wait for the results.
3)Personal Interview:In this round the students who are qualified from the GD are given Oppurtunity to face the jury panel of 5-6 members and then question and answering round is done in which questions are fire like why extramrks?, Your intro? etc
After all the above criteria the students those who are qualified from all the rounds are given the LOI(letter of intent) .Advantage of Extramarks is that it also provides the training and the internship of six months students who receive the offer letter in which all the terms and conditions are given are conveyed about the venue and location.
