MTX Group Inc is an IT Software company in Jaipur which was founded by Das Nobel .The company which partners with Salesforce, AWS, Rackspace and Google has established operations in Jaipur and Hyderabad.US-based cloud technology company MTX Group which forayed into India through its wholly-owned subsidiary MTX IT Consulting, which has established its operations in Hyderabad in April this year is planning to expand its headcount to 250 in 18 months from about 25 at present.
Selection Process:

Aptitude test : This test is of one hour which consist of aptitude questions of Quants , Logical reasoning , Verbal reasoning , and some technical MCqs of C/C++/Java/Dbms etc . the level of questions are moderate .
Coding test : This round consist of Coding questions in which there are 5-7 questions . It includes codes of C/C++/Python/DBMs . here programs is given but we have to write the logic of the program. it is of One hour duration .
Group discussion : The one who qualifies the Coding round is eligible for the GD , here students are given a topic and 15 mins to discuss and conclude the Gd . Here the points you get in Coding round is also seen along with the GD one . there should be good points in both the rounds that is GD and Coding one.
Technical Interview : here panel of Interviewers are there . They ask questions About C/C++/java/Dbms/DSa etc. here they also ask about logical puzzles and some Tricky questions like water jug problem.
HR Interview: Here questions on your resume is asked . like Your introduction , your hobbies and interest.
