ULTRATECH Recruitment Process

UltraTech Cement Ltd. is the largest manufacturer of grey cement, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and white cement in India. It is also one of the leading cement producers globally. UltraTech as a brand embodies ‘strength’, ‘reliability’ and ‘innovation’. Together, these attributes inspire engineers to stretch the limits of their imagination to create homes, buildings and structures that define the new India. The company has an installed capacity of 69.3 Million Tonnes Per Annum (MTPA) of grey cement. UltraTech Cement has 12 integrated plants, 1 clinkerisation plant, 19 grinding units and 7 bulk terminals.

Eligiblity Criteria :

  • 60% in X,XII,Graduation .
  • No backlogs
  • BTech(M.E)
  • No year gap allowed

Selection Process:

  • Aptitude written test online
  • Technical interview
  • HR interview

Aptitude written test online : Consist of aptitude questions in which there are three sections , each section is having questions on  quantitative reasoning, logical reasoning , verbal reasoning  and some questions on core subjects of mechanical cources available .

Technical interview: It is a elimination round in which a panel for interview is there and they usually ask us about the core subjects of mechanical streams and may also ask some puzzles and some tricky questions to just check your IQ level and your presence of mind, they can also cross question you on each and every point so you need to be carefull while answering means you need to clearly know about what you are speaking about.

HR interview: HR round is the last round of the selection process in which you have to be good at your presentation and communication skills , here they ask you to give your introduction , tell your hobbies and interest, your dream job, your salary expectation, any issues if you are re-allocated ,and some stress handling and pressure handling questions can be asked from you to check the way you handle any situation and many more.

after all such rounds you are given a LOI and documents submission and verification is done then . and the things you need to keep in mind that you should be good at comm. skills , presentation skills, your attitude should be positive and you need to be calm.
