1) Would you rather work for money or job satisfaction?
Answer : Job satisfaction is more important to me because it makes me happier and give good results in my work and it also easily help me to grow faster. Working just for the money may not be fulfilling if I don’t like the job in the first place. Job satisfaction makes me stay productive; money would naturally come along as well.
2) Would you rather be liked or feared?
Answer : I would like to be liked, but more importantly, I would prefer to be respected. Being feared does not necessarily command respect. but yes as a if i got a upper post then little bit of fear should be there so that there may be discipline in everybody's work .
3) How do you cope with stress?
Answer : I pause for a few minutes, look out into the window. Brief pauses in enough to get me charged again. I can manage stress well enough and does not decrease my productivity level. i will play some out door games , have some coffee and then sit again to work .
4) What is the most challenging thing about working with you?
Answer : My co-workers often say I’m too serious about my work and i am very punctual about my work and i do my work in a very organised manner . However, I have attended some personality enhancing seminars to blend better with colleagues.
5) Are you applying to other companies as well?
Answer : Yes. I have submitted my applications in some of the best companies like ATCS, MTX etc . Above all, my priority and hope are that I will be able to land a job in your company.
6) Do you know anyone who works in our company?
Answer : No. I found your ads in a popular job posting website.
7) How do you propose to compensate for your lack of experience?
Answer : I am a quick learner. Every time there is something new thrown at me, I take time to study it at the soonest time.
8) If you were hiring a manager for this job, what would you look for?
Answer : I would look into two essential things: the ability to do the job right and the proper attitude to do it. Skills without the right attitude will not contribute to productive output.
9) What role do you tend to play in a team?
Answer : I tend to be versatile when it comes to being a team player. I can act as a leader, an assistant, a communicator, a secretary, whatever role that will ensure the success of the team. That’s because understanding the different roles will allow each player to take on the role of others, in times of need.
10) What was the most difficult decision for you made?
Answer : It was a time when I had to choose between joining a group of employees protesting some issues in the company and staying away from the issue. I ended up being a mediator between the employees and our immediate supervisor, and I was glad I made that decision because it all ended well and without further conflicts in the workplace.
11) Are you willing to make sacrifices for this company?
Answer : I would be willing to do that to the best of my ability. I can manage personal matters on my own without causing conflicts when management needs me most. However, I will not comprise on my values and ethics .
12) What are the qualities do you look for in a boss?
Answer : I look at my boss as a person who can easily relate with me, can make firm decisions, and is transparent. A boss with a sense of humor would also be a delightful idea, confident , should have leadership qualities and should be one who motivates the whole staff , who belives in team work and can make each one of staff member to work together.
13) Why are you interested in this position?
Answer : Because this job provides me ample of opportunities to sharpen my skill set and to expand my knowledge domain which will be further helpful in overall development of organisation and leading organisation to certain heights in corporate sector .

Answer : I have applied for this vacancy because it is an excellent match for my skills and experience. This role is exactly the sort of role I am currently targeting, and I am confident I will be able to make a major contribution .
15) What are your achievements in life?
Answer : My biggest accomplishment is overcoming my fear of failure. It gives me a complete sense of living and makes me more confident.

Answer : My main strengths are the ability to use my initiative to take on challenges. I am always proactive at what I do, and that keeps my mind stimulated and focused.My time management skills are excellent, and I'm organized, efficient, and take pride in excelling at my work.I always understand the value of time, and I am always able to innovate. I listen to advice from others.
17) What are your weaknesses?
Answer : I used to be very disorganized, always forgetting assignments and birthdays. But I managed to work out a computerized system of to-do lists and reminders that keep me on top of everything.I am a straightforward person, and I cannot say no when someone asks me for help.
18) What are your hobbies?
Answer : My hobbies are dancing, Internet surfing, playing Chess, listening to music, watching the news channel. In my spare time, I like to read news on my phone and traveling to my hometown. Thank you for giving this opportunity to introduce myself.

Answer : Original, genuine, logical, incredible, focused, curious, active, quick, balanced, achiever, etc.
21) What is the difference between confidence and overconfidence?
Answer : Confidence is based on facts and knowledge, and overconfidence is based on speculation. There is a small difference between confidence and overconfidence. Yes, I can do this work is self-confidence. But only I can do this work is overconfidence. confidence is an internal belief that I am a right person for this job and overconfidence is thought that I am only the right person for this job.
22) Just imagine that you have enough money to retire right now. Would you?
Answer : No , I don't think so. I am a professional, and I love my work, so there is no question to leave my work. Yes, it may be that I would take a break to spend quality time with my family.
23) Don't you think that you are overqualified for this position?
Answer : I think I am qualified for this post because I am just a beginner and have lots more to learn. I think qualification is not only a matter of theoretical knowledge or results; it also depends on practical knowledge and learning. When I get practical knowledge, I will consider myself just a well-qualified not overqualified. Because learning never ends.

Answer : I have carefully studied both the job description and the person specification, so I am fully aware of the duties and responsibilities of this role.
25) Explain the difference between group and team?
Answer : There is only one difference between the group and the team. That is unity. Any set of people who stand together without any purpose or goal can be called as Group. Whereas, when more than 2 people work towards a common goal, can be called as a Team. For example: If you assign work to a group, then the work will be divided between the members and each member will work out their part, without any coordination with the other members of the group. On the other hand, if you assign a project to a team, they will collectively take the responsibility and work together with the goal to achieve the desired result. In a team, the members will cooperate and coordinate with each other at all times.
