MindTree Recruitment Process

                            

Mindtree  was formed in 1999 and there are 19,000 employees  till now with annual revenue of USD 500+ million .It is headquartered in New York and Banglore ,India and a corporate office in New Jersey, USA. Mindtree is a digital transformation and Technology service-oriented company delivering  services from a start of idea  to its execution . It  provides services  in   e-commerce, mobile applications, cloud computing, digital transformation, data analytics, EAI and ERP and testing.In 17 countries there are more than 340 enterprise clients and 43 offices . Mindtree is a CMMI level 5 company and is certified with ISO 14000, ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 to deliver with high quality.

  • It offers a compensation of INR 3,25,000 Lpa.
  • Service Agreement : Rs. 2 lakh for 2 years from the date of joining. A 2-year bond is to be signed on the time of joining, and if the candidate breaks that bond,then we need to pay  fine of Rs. 2 lakh .

 Eligibility Criteria

  1. 65% in 10th and 12th 
  2. 65% in BE / B.Tech(all branches of Btech) / MCA
  3. Should not have more than two  backlogs 
  4.  All exams should be cleared  before joining &  all  Degree Certificates should be submitted 

Selection process 

  1. Amcat based aptitude test
  2. Coding test
  3. Technical Interview
  4. HR Interview

Aptitude test:- This section consist of three sections quantitative reasoning , verbal reasoning , logical reasoning with 35, 35, 25 mins each section respectively . here quants contain 25  ques , logical contains  24 ques and verbal contains 25 ques .Quants contains questions of algebra, time & work, time, speed& distance, arithmetic, percentages, profit & loss, geometry, etc with moderate level.Logical contains reasoning based questions from common topics of reasoning skills . Verbal contains questions on  synonyms, antonyms, sentence completion and correction etc.

Coding test:-It contains two ques with 45 mins of overall durations . here ques are based on Dsa,C,C++.

Technical Interview:-Here a panel of technical team come up it technical ques . technical ques are based on Algorithms , Stack ,Lists,Modules and Structures,Operating Systems,Electronics,Circuits.

HR Interview:-here HR Interviewer checks whether you fullfill their requirement or not  .  Topics expected in the HR interview  are about Family and friends,Aspirations,Hobbies,Strengths and                              Weaknesses,Location choice,Salary negotiations

After all these test and rounds those who are qualified are issued a LOI  and Documents submission is done .
